Holidays and special events may be subject to special rates and restrictions. Great packages and group rates are also available.

Terms:

• A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. It is due within 7 days of making the reservation or it may be cancelled.
• Cancellation policy: a full refund will be issued, less a $10 cancellation fee, for all reservations cancelled
  72 hours or more prior to your arrival. If you cancel less than 72 hours you are financially responsible or you can make a future stay with us. You may change the dates without penalty.
• You are responsible for payment for all nights reserved. If you must cancel any of the nights reserved,
  please do so at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged.
• All rates are subject to a 5.5% state tax and a 5.5% local room tax.
• Taxes and room rates are subject to change.
• We are a smoke free resort.
