Terms:

• A 50% deposit of your stay is required when making the reservation.
• Cancellation policy: a full refund will be issued, less a $25.00 fee, for all reservations cancelled 72 hours or more prior to your arrival.
• Any cancellations less than 72 hours you forfeit deposit.
• All rates are subject to a 5.5% State Tax and 5.5% Room Tax and a Resort Fee.
